LMFAO to headline, co-host MMVAs
The chart-topping Los Angeles electro-pop duo will co-host and perform at this year’s MuchMusic Video Awards.
The hit-making pair — consisting of Redfoo, whose real name is Stefan Gordy, and SkyBlu, a.k.a. Skyler Gordy — have sent two singles to No. 1 in Canada, Party Rock Anthem and Sexy and I Know It.

I’m kind of afraid what they’re going to be wearing (or not wearing), but it should make for an interesting night.

Sometimes emails can be surprisingly awesome. Just got an email tonight from Mr. Colin Ferguson of Eureka fame. He’s coming to town for the Wizard World Toronto Comic Con and I’m just setting up an interview with him. Pretty cool though to get the email from the man himself directly, since it usually doesn’t work that way. Stay tuned for the video next week!

Anna Silk and Kris Holden-Ried on set for the Finale Pre-Show

Earlier today, brought a select group of Lost Girl fans together in to watch the second-to-the-last episode of season two and spend some time with the cast.

The special event was taped on the set of the Dal Riata, the Fae bar on the series, and will air on Sunday, April 1 at 8:00 PM ahead of the season two finale at 9:00 PM on Showcase.

Because of all the hardcore fans in attendance, who won their way into the event, there was a definite party mood throughout the whole afternoon, and all the stars who came out seemed to have a blast playing off the crowd, not to mention joking around with host , who is also one of the show’s writers.

For those of you who can’t be in Toronto for Game of Thrones: The Exhibition, check out our tour at TIFF Bell Lightbox.

fans living in should be extra thankful this month that they call this fair city their home, mainly because also happens to be the home of .

From March 9 to 18, fans of the hit series can visit Bell Lightbox to take in Game of Thrones: The Exhibition, a free event that features a rare display of props, weapons, costumes, and other items from the show, in addition to a number of behind-the-scenes videos.

This timed, ticketed event runs from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day, and also offers fans the opportunity to have their picture taken while sitting on a replica of the Iron Throne. The exhibition also includes sneak peek items for the second season of the series, which returns on April 1, including a look at the costume for the new character Melisandre, not to mention items fans will recognize from the first season, like a dragon egg, the “Hand of the King” pin, and the stag crown.

Although the is admittedly not very large–taking up less than half of the space of previous Lightbox exhibits–Game of Thrones: The Exhibit is still a rare glimpse into the making of a series that has both impressed viewers and critics, and right now no other city in the world will receive the same treatment.

The ‘Lost Girl’ Pre-Show

Okay, as a fan of the series this is pretty brilliant.

I just got an email invitation to the Lost Girl Pre-Show that’s taping for the season finale of the series. Later this month they’re inviting fans and media down to watch the Lost Girl finale on the set, and the whole event will be hosted by series’ writer Steve Cochrane.

On top of that, the cast will be in attendance as well, including Anna Silk, Kris Holden-Ried, Ksenia Solo, Zoie Palmer, K.C. Collins and Rick Howland.

There is also a good chance for interviews, which is very cool since I’ve never interviewed Palmer or Solo, and it’s been a while since I spoke to Mr. Holden-Ried.

Yeah, I won’t hide it—I am kind of geeking out about this.
