Daily chart: video games. The gaming industry is now more than twice the size of the recorded-music industry, nearly a quarter more than the magazine business and about three-fifths the size of the film industry. It is growing faster than any other form of media. The best part is that as a gamer I see this as our industry winning (even if I am a film fanatic too).
